So apparently, “Story from North America” aka the spider song has generated some controversial buzz in the forums…which makes me giggle.
I am always amused when I find people interpreting the work so literally and taking the “message” so seriously when it’s meant as a comedic, lighthearted piece.

WatchThen I made a lil quicky test for fun. I tried doing a rotoscoping test, but gave up halfway through. Don’t pay attention to the sloppy keying…and super sloppy animation. This whole test was really to try out the “skin” I used on the puppet which ended up failing. It’s this sculpey mold builder stuff, but it’s not pliable enough. Oh well, gave it a shot!
